2010 Local Elections

Triennial elections for elected members of all Local Authorities and District Health Boards throughout New Zealand are to be conducted, by postal vote, on Saturday 9 October 2010. |
The elections will be conducted under the provisions of:
- Local Electoral Act 2001 (and amendments)
- Local Electoral Regulations 2001 (and amendments)
- Local Government Act 2002
- New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 (and amendments)
