Council has reviewed its fees and charges for its Resource Management Act and Bylaw related activities.  Subject to consultation, the proposed fees and charges will take effect from 1 June 2010. Proposed Private Plan Change No 67: Meridian 37 Ltd

Address of Site: 400 Raynes Road (Generally located between Raynes Road, Airport Road and the Waikato River)

Nature of Proposed Plan Change:
To rezone rural land to mixed use zones comprising approximately 65ha of business park, 12.7ha of rural residential and 20.2ha of tourist accommodation. The private plan change makes provision for a future state highway corridor, and airport extension infrastructure. Specific rules and a structure plan are also proposed to control the type and nature of development which may be established within the sub-zones.
