Waipa District Council is currently reviewing its Traffic Bylaw 2005 and Stock Droving Bylaw 2005. The proposed Waipa District Council Traffic and Stock Droving Bylaw 2012 covers the matters addressed in both of these Bylaws and includes other amendments. In conjunction with this Bylaw review, Council has undertaken a review of its Stock Underpasses Policy.
The submission period for this Bylaw and policy has now closed. Submissions will be heard and considered by Council on 10 April 2012.
