Waipa District Libraries in Cambridge and Te Awamutu now have their own website www.waipalibraries.org.nz
District Librarian Alison Gordon says library users have been able to access the libraries’ catalogue online for the past two years, but now they can go directly to the website for a wide range of information and services.
“We are really excited that our website is now up and running. Information such as
opening hours, how to join, what resources and services are available, news and events is all there, along with services like how to log into the library catalogue from home, renewing your books or reserving the latest bestseller.”
The website also offers usage of a wide range of online information databases
covering topics like art, science, history, geography, biographies and current events.
