The Draft Annual Plan 2010/11 represents year two of Council's 10-year Plan, and sets out the services, levels of service, projects and activities Council proposes to undertake during the 2010/11 period and any changes from the 10- year plan. It also sets out the cost of those proposed activities and projects, and how they will be funded.
To Make a Submission to the Draft Annual Plan 2010/11.
Anyone who would like to see changes to the activities that are planned, or would like to support such activities, is invited to make a submission on the Draft Annual Plan.
• All submissions will be considered by Council and may have an effect on the final decisions made.
• Submissions must be written or typed.
• You can either make a submission on the freepost form available at the link below, or you can write or type a submission separately and send it to Council. Freepost forms are also attached to the draft Annual Plan 2010/11 summaries that are available from the reception desk in both Cambridge and Te Awamutu Council offices (spare submission forms are also available from reception).
• You have a choice whether to present your submission to Council at the public hearings or not. Please indicate on the submission form whether you wish to attend the hearings.
• Submissions close: 5pm on Monday 19 April 2010.
