The Annual Plan 2010/11 represents year two of Council's 10-year Plan, and sets out the services, levels of service, projects and activities Council proposes to undertake during the 2010/11 period and any changes from the 10- year plan. It also sets out the cost of those proposed activities and projects, and how they will be funded.
