Council’s Draft Annual Plan 2008/09 supports Council’s 10-year Plan 2006-16, which is Council’s ‘blueprint’ for the 10-year period 2006-16. The Draft Annual Plan 2008/09 represents year 3 of the 10-year Plan, and sets out the services, levels of service, projects and activities Council proposes to undertake during the 2008/09 period. It also sets out how much those proposed activities and projects will cost, when they will be undertaken and where the funding will come from.
