Council offices reopen at alert level 2 with restrictions in place.
All people will be required to physically distance from one another and from staff where possible. Hand sanitising stations will be set up at entrances. Residents are required to sanitise their hands and sign-in, for contact tracing purposes, and wear a face covering before entering the building.
A maximum of 3 people will be allowed in the building at any one time and this will operate on a one-in, one-out basis. Please be aware this may cause some delays to our service.
Vulnerable residents, such as those with compromised immune systems, are encouraged to use the wide range of services we have available online or contact our Customer Support team for advice on ways to continue their business with us.
By heading to waipadc.govt.nz/do-it-online residents can request services, use maps, make payments, apply for funding and update your address and contact details. Building consents can also be applied for, processed and finalised online.
Residents can download the Antenno app to notify us of requests for service, receive council updates and get recycling collection information.
Our customer support team will still be answering calls to address any concerns and issues residents may have during business hours.
