Council offices and facilities will reopen on Monday 18 May 2020 at alert level 2 with restrictions in place.
All residents will be required to physically distance from one another and from staff where possible. Hand sanitising stations will be set up at entrances. Residents are required to sanitise their hands and sign-in, for contact tracing purposes, before entering the building.
A maximum of 5 residents will be allowed in the building at any one time and this will operate on a one-in one-out basis. Please be aware, this may cause some delays to our service.
Vulnerable residents, such as those with compromised immune systems, are encouraged to use the wide range of services we have available online.
By heading to waipadc.govt.nz/do-it-online residents can request services, use maps, make payments, apply for funding and update your address and contact details. Building consents can also be applied for, processed and finalised online.
