Water will be turned off to some properties on Fraser Street and Elizabeth Avenue, Te Awamutu, on Thursday, May 1 between 10am and 2pm, while essential work is completed on the water mains.
Please note that the work could take longer if problems occur, and we will inform you if there is going to be a delay.
We will flush the main pipes once the water is turned back on. This can cause air bubbles to become trapped. We suggest running your outside taps for 10 - 15 minutes and capturing the water in a bucket to reuse in the garden.
