Water shutdown - Northeast of Ōhaupō/Cambridge Road, Te Awamutu
A water shutdown is occurring on the water main that feeds properties northeast of the Ōhaupō / Cambridge Road Round-about, Te Awamutu on Tuesday, February 3 between 9pm and 5am, while we carry out essential work on the water mains. During this time, the water supply to your property will either lose pressure or you will have no water.
We'll let you know ahead of time if there are any changes.
We will flush the main pipes once the water is turned back on. This can cause air bubbles to become trapped. We suggest running your outside taps for 10 - 15 minutes and capturing the water in a bucket to reuse in the garden.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while this work is underway.
