The best way to tell us what you think is to complete the online survey at beboldpirongia.nz Or you can email a photo of your filled out paper survey to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, we will still consider mailed-in surveys but will be delayed in our ability to review them.
We want to hear your bold and innovative ideas on the future of Pirongia and what that looks like to you.
Share your awesome ideas about community and visitor facilities, parks and green spaces, walking and cycling connections and generally how Pirongia can be an even greater place to live, work, play and visit.
Your ideas will help shape the refresh of the existing Pirongia Town Concept Plan and inform Council’s Long Term Plans in the future.
Why do we need to talk about the future of Pirongia?
Pirongia is growing and our community’s needs are changing.
By 2050 over 1,900 people are expected to call Pirongia home. This means about 230
more houses, with additional services and facilities required to keep pace with demand. At the same time, we have an opportunity to reassess the best ways for us to use our
existing public spaces and facilities.
We want to hear your best and brightest ideas for Pirongia!
