Revaluation 2023
Revaluation information is available now, to view your revaluation information use this calculator tool. If you don’t agree with your valuation, you have until Thursday 29 June to object using this online portal or you can email rates@waipadc.govt.nz or call 0800 WAIPADC (924 723).
Values from the 2022 revaluation will be used to set the rates for the 2023/2024 rating year beginning 1 July 2023.
