Join us for a hands-on, informative and FREE workshop where we'll teach you how to make your own low-cost, low-waste washing powder, cleaning paste, bench spray and dishwashing powder!
Details:
- Saturday, 27 July
- Join us at either 10.30am - 12pm or 1pm-2.30pm
- Te Awamutu Library meeting room. Walkthrough the main doors, turn left and head down the short corridor
- FREE event though registrations are essential
- You must be 12 years or older. We’ll be working with baking soda, washing soda, borax, sunlight soap, liquid castile soap, citric acid, salt, and essential oils.
What to bring so you can take your products home:
- 2L ice cream container
- 2 glass jars
- Spray bottle
Feel free to bring a couple of extra containers, so that you can donate some products to someone who needs it too!
All ingredients and equipment will be supplied.
