Waste not, Waipā! Don’t miss out on disposing of your hazardous waste for FREE!
This year's Waipā Household Hazardous Waste Collection is on Sunday, October 13, in Cambridge.
Registrations are essential to book your allocated spot by Sunday, October 6. The exact location in Cambridge and time will be advised closer to the date.
Household nasties that will be accepted include:
- Garden chemicals (insecticides, herbicides and fungicides)
- General household waste (cleaners, poisons, solvents, batteries, and paint)
- Pool chemicals (chlorine)
- Automotive and marine waste (antifreeze, brake fluid, fuel, motor oil and batteries)
