Council room hire

We have meeting rooms which are available for hire outside of office hours at Council facilities in both Te Awamutu and Cambridge. All rooms are suitable for business and group meetings.
Te Awamutu Council Chambers and committee rooms
The Council Chambers in Te Awamutu can hold up to 100 people, or there are two adjoining committee rooms that can cater for approximately 25 people each. All three rooms can be opened up to accommodate approximately 150 people.
If additional chairs are required, these can be hired at an additional cost. Kitchen facilities and toilets are available.

The Council Chambers and committee rooms in Te Awamutu are available to hire outside of office hours.
- Weeknights between 5pm - 8am
- Weekends between Friday 5pm - Monday 8am
- Public holidays (except 12pm 24 Decemeber 2020 - 8am 11 January 2021)

Cambridge committee room
The committee room in Cambridge can hold up to 75 people. There is also a smaller meeting room for approximately 15 people, with kitchen facilities and toilets available.

The committee room in Cambridge is available to hire outside of office hours.

Te Awamutu Library room
The meeting room at the Te Awamutu Library can hold up to 90 people, with kitchen facilities and toilets available.
