Meetings, agendas, minutes and livestreams

This calendar includes the dates, times and locations for all publicly open Council and committee meetings and workshops, as well as for community boards. These are open to the public and we encourage you to come and hear your Council debate key issues facing the district.

Many workshops start at the conclusion of a Council or committee meeting which means that exact start times are unable to be provided.

Livestreams

We host our Council and committee livestreams on our YouTube channel. We also share these videos on our website, under each relevant meeting.

You can also view recordings of meetings once they have taken place on the relevant meeting's page outlined in the calendar below. Simply select the meeting you wish to watch, open that page and you'll see a YouTube video to play.

Please note there is a 20 second delay between the livestreaming and what is taking place in real time.
