2019 is a local authority election year. This is your chance to choose your representation for Waipa District Council for the next three years. You will also vote for Waikato Regional Council representation.
Elections closed at 12pm, Saturday 12 October 2019.

Preliminary results will be available here from 4pm, Sunday 13 October 2019.
Final results will be declared no later than Thursday 17 October 2019.

This year's elections will run a little differently than usual due to the higher number of elected member positions running unopposed. This means that voting papers only be sent for the positions where the number of candidates is higher than the number of positions available.
