How to vote

Voting

You can drop off your voting papers from Tuesday, September 9, 2025 to 12 noon on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at any of the following places:

	FreshChoice Cambridge: 97 Swayne Road, Cambridge
	FreshChoice Kelly Road: 1913 Cambridge Road, Cambridge

	Perry Aquatic Centre: 23 Williamson Street, Cambridge
	Woolworths Cambridge: Cnr Queen & Empire Streets, Cambridge
Hamilton	Hamilton Airport: Airport Road, RD 2, Hamilton
Kihikihi	Kihikihi Fresh: 50 Lyon Street, Kihikihi
Leamington	FreshChoice Leamington: 46 Burns Street, Cambridge

You can also post your vote at any NZ Post Box nationwide.

To find a post box near you, visit the NZ Post website and search your area.

You will need to make a special vote if you enrolled after Friday, August 1.

You can also make a special vote if:

your name does not appear on the final published electoral roll, but you qualify as an elector
after all voting papers have been delivered and you still have not received a voting pack
you spoil or damage the voting document you received in the post

How to request a special voting pack:

Visit our Council offices during our normal office hours, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Visit us at one of our pop-up voting events around the district.

For a special vote to be valid, you must have enrolled by Friday, October 10.
