Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

TAKAPOTO ESTATE LIMITED, a Private Company, of Profile Park, 190 Victoria Road, Rd 1, Cambridge 3493, has made application to the Waipa District licensing Committee for the renewal & variation to extend the licenced area of an Off Licence in respect of the premises located at 37 Plantation Road Cambridge 3494 known as Takapoto Estate.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is a Cellar Door.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is (or intended to be) sold under the licence are: 9.00am to 10.00pm, Monday to Sunday

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Waipa District Council, District Licensing Committee at either 101 Bank Street Te Awamutu or 23 Wilson Street Cambridge.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with The Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at:

No objection to the issue of a RENEWAL licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 & 120 of the sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
