Learn practical clothing repair skills in this hands-on beginner workshop and give your favourite clothing items a new lease on life!
Sarah from Sip & Sew will guide you through techniques including stitching, patching, visible mending, hemming and other everyday clothing repairs. You'll leave with the confidence to tackle repairs at home, helping your clothes last longer!
Bring along one or two items of clothing in need of repair and work on them during the session with guidance from Sarah.
No prior sewing experience is required. Sewing machines will be available for those who have used one before, however plenty of repairs can be completed using hand-sewing techniques.
Tickets are $20 per person and include hot and cold drinks. Suitable for adults aged 18+.
