Pay water rates

You will receive your water rates invoice by email or mail four weeks before the payment due date.

You can pay your water invoice online, set up a direct debit online or pay in person at one of our Council offices.

When paying your invoice, have your Property ID number and account number handy. The numbers will be on your invoice.

Windcave is compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) and evidence of compliance is available on their website. Please check your personal bank’s policy to determine their level of support for the use of third party providers.
