Two remembrance books have been set up to allow Waipā people to offer their personal condolences for the recent terror attacks in Christchurch.
At their meeting today, Waipā District councillors asked that the books be made available for people of the district to sign.
Formal condolences and offers of support to the Christchurch community have already been sent from Waipā's mayor Jim Mylchreest.
The books are available to sign from this afternoon at Council offices in Te Awamutu and Cambridge. They will remain in place until the end of April before being sent to Christchurch City Council.
