Proposed Private Plan Change 31 – Te Awamutu T4 Growth Cell (PC31) is a request from L Cudby and LY & NZ Investment Ltd proposing to rezone 28 hectares of land within the T4 Growth Cell in Te Awamutu from Deferred Residential Zone to Medium Density Residential Zone and Reserve Zone.
Further submissions closed at 5pm on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
The next step will be a hearing for Plan Change 31. A hearing date has not yet been set though is likely it will take place in early 2027. An email advising of the hearing date, time, and place will be sent to submitters at least 10 working days before the hearing.
