Proposed Private Plan Change 31 – Te Awamutu T4 Growth Cell (PC31) is a request from L Cudby and LY & NZ Investment Ltd proposing to rezone 28 hectares of land within the T4 Growth Cell in Te Awamutu from Deferred Residential Zone to Medium Density Residential Zone and Reserve Zone.
PC31 was publicly notified on Thursday, June 11, 2026. The submission period closed at 5pm on Monday, July 13, 2026. Council is preparing the summary of submissions and it will be available online soon. Once it's available online, further submissions will open.
