Proposed Private Plan Change 37 – Rider Park Structure Plan (PC37) is a request from Milan Park Stud Limited, proposing to rezone 98 hectares of land on the southeastern side of Leamington from Rural and Deferred Residential to Medium Density Residential.
Further submissions closed at 5pm on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
The next step is a hearing for Plan Change 37 (PC37). A hearing date has not yet been set, but it is expected to take place in early 2027. We will email submitters the hearing date, time and location at least 10 working days before the hearing.
