Grovic Property Ltd have applied for a landuse consent for the construction of a new four-storey mixed-use development comprising ground-floor retail, first-floor offices, residential apartments across the upper levels, and a basement car park.
The site encompasses 32-42 Victoria Street and an area of 1,969m2. It contains a variety of buildings and adjoins a service lane at the rear.
The application has been assessed under the Resource Management Act and will be notified to 24 nearby properties and iwi. Those property owners have been contacted directly and can make a submission. If you have not been contacted directly, you are unable to make a submission.
Submissions open on Friday, September 25, 2026 and close at 5pm on Friday, October 23, 2026.
