Libraries

There are two libraries in the Waipa District based in Cambridge and Te Awamutu. These libraries provide free membership to all Waipa residents and ratepayers and are run by a dedicated team of helpful staff.
Our libraries are well-stocked with books as well as newspapers, magazines, large print books, talking books, DVDs and e-books. They also offer useful services for the community such as internet access, photocopying, scanning and faxing facilities.
During the year they provide a range of children's programmes including Toddler Time every Thursday and a special Summer Reading programme over the long Christmas break.
Visit the Waipa District Libraries website.
