Annual Plan

An Annual Plan is produced in the two years between each Long Term Plan and outlines any key changes made to the Long Term Plan for that year.

It states what we intend to achieve over the next financial year, how much it will cost, and how it will be funded (including the setting of rates).

Draft 2024/25 Enhanced Annual Plan

At the start of 2024, we decided to hit pause on major projects and take a ‘back to basics’ approach to our 2024/25 Enhanced Annual Plan.

We took up the one-off offer from central Government to pause the work on our 2024-2034 Long Term Plan (LTP), following the reintroduction of waters into our budgeting streams.

You can have your say online by visiting Enhanced Annual Plan or by collecting a hardcopy form from a Council office or Library.
