Drinking Water Assessment

Safe drinking water matters to every Waipā community.

Our 2026 Drinking Water Assessment looks at current and future water needs. It also considers how we manage risks to the safety, quality, and reliability of our drinking water.

The assessment covers Council and non-Council water supplies across the district and uses information collected from Council records, the Water Services Authority - Taumata Arowai, and other sources.
